Your mission
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build the team that is bringing AI infrastructure optimization to a new level. Stepping into this position means diving in the specifics of AI roles, activating your tech network, headhunting the most sought-after candidates, and building relationships with talented people who share the same vision for how AI infra can reach its full potential.

- Manage full-cycle recruiting: partner with leadership & engineering teams to understand requirements, source candidates, and close hires
- Active sourcing: use LinkedIn Recruiter, but also mine GitHub, professional communities, and other channels where technical talent hangs out
- Stay aligned on headcount planning and product roadmap with leadership so you understand what skills we'll need
- Work closely with technical teams to nail down the specifics of what each role actually requires - because "senior engineer" often means something different to everyone
- Use data from Personio and LinkedIn to inform your approach and see what's working
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience that makes people think "wow, that was a good process" whether they get an offer or not :)
