Business Strategy Working Student (m/f/d)

Your mission
To support our Leadership team, we are looking for a motivated Business Strategy Working Student (m/f/d) to join us remotely or in Heidelberg as soon as possible. In this role, you will directly work with the Head of Operations on strategic projects, manage internal knowledge platforms, and document key business processes to drive efficiency and growth.
  • Take ownership in Business Operations projects in collaboration with the Head of Operations, including business automation initiatives and internal process improvements.
  • Support strategic projects such as market research and competitive analysis.
  • Prepare analyses, presentations, and reports to inform management decisions.
  • Maintain and organize Confluence and SharePoint spaces for non-technical business teams.
  • Document and standardize internal workflows and operational processes.
  • Identify and implement improvements in documentation, automation, and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to execute key strategic initiatives.
Your profile
  • Currently enrolled in a top-tier management, business, or related university program. 
  • Previous internship experience in consulting or project management, or active involvement in a student consultancy.
  • A rigorous and structured thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint); experience with Confluence & Jira is an advantage.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
