System Engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission
  • Programming: Write code in C/C++ considering everything from individual GPUs and CUDA kernels to data-centerwide resource utilization. 
  • System Integration: Integrate hardware and software components to ensure seamless operation of distributed systems and AI applications
  • Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest advancements in datacenter hardware, computer architecture, distributed systems and AI technologies
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans and user manuals
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems and AI technologies. Previous experience in AI software development is a plus
  • Deep understanding of hardware components
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming. Ability to work with additional programming language (e.g. Python, Java)
  • Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps practices and tools is a plus

  • Programmierung: Erstellung von Code in C/C++, der sowohl einzelne GPUs und CUDA-Kerne als auch die Ressourcennutzung eines gesamten Rechenzentrums berücksichtigt.
  • Systemintegration: Integration von Hardware- und Softwarekomponenten, um einen nahtlosen Betrieb von verteilten Systemen und KI-Anwendungen sicherzustellen.
  • Forschung und Entwicklung: Eigenrecherche der Entwicklungen in den Bereichen Rechenzentrums-Hardware, Computerarchitektur, verteilte Systeme und KI-Technologien.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams .
  • Dokumentation: Erstellung detaillierter technischer Dokumentationen, einschließlich Designspezifikationen, Testplänen und Benutzerhandbüchern.
Ihr Profil
  • Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Elektrotechnik, Computertechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Erfahrung.
  • Kenntnisse in verteilten Systemen und KI-Technologien. Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von KI-Software ist von Vorteil.
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis für Hardwarekomponenten.
  • Beherrschung der Programmierung in C/C++. Fähigkeit, mit zusätzlichen Programmiersprachen zu arbeiten (z. B. Python, Java).
  • Vertrautheit mit DevOps/MLOps-Praktiken und -Tools ist ein Plus.
